Basically I have been paying for subscription I can’t use at all, and Adobe support just put me on “chat” hold for 2 hours. The Creative Cloud software will only function for Brown-paid faculty, staff, and active students. tried deleting And reinstalling everything Adobe related from old time machine backupsīasically NOTHING I do will activate the apps on my second computer, and now that I have deactivated my first computer - I expect it won’t work there either now (if ever get iMac working). uninstalled and installed I don’t know how many times deactivate my other computer on my web account page in case that helps (my main iMac isn’t working, so can’t do t from there) Then when I try and launch (say) Lightroom CC, I get stuck in a loop where the Adobe Application Manager asks for my Adobe ID, I enter it and press the Continue button and instead of launching the app, it just keeps bringing up the AAM pop-up.

Should have added, when I launch Creative Cloud, it shows the apps as installed and up to date for a few seconds, before reverting to saying that I need to buy a subscription or I am only using a trial version.

I would be grateful for any assistance, as I am basically paying for a subscription I can't use at the moment. This is particularly frustrating because my iMac seems be dying, so I can't use any of the apps at the moment on there, and my laptop is my only alternative. I previously had the photography plan on both computers without a problem, but since changing the plan to the current plan, I cannot activate on my laptop. I did try going through chat support, but was referred off to someone else when the initial person couldn't resolve, but after waiting an hour and half on chat gave up waiting because have work to do. My account shows the plan as only activated on one computer (my iMac), so it is not because it is already loaded elsewhere. I have tried signing in and signing out, reinstalling creative cloud and relevant apps, logging in and out of my account on web, and nothing works. I have a student and teach subscription, and no matter what I do, I cannot activate Creative Cloud or any of my apps on my second computer.
